Gee, I didn't know so many people liked the old version!
So I brought it back.

Change these fields as desired:

  • Principal Loan Balance
  • Annual Interest Rate (%)
    CANADIANS:Add a C (e.g. 5.75C) and I will use a conversion factor to convert your rates to a boring US equivalent to use in my calculations.

  • Amortization Length (Years, typically 30 or 15 in US, 25 in Canada)
  • Starting: Month = Year =
  • Show full amortization table?
  • Pre-payment method:
  • Monthly/Annually/One-Time Principal Prepayment Amount
  • One-Time Prepayment to be paid after payment (month #)
  • Display Using
